Overview

Fried eggplant box is a traditional dish. It is a kind of food made by cutting the eggplant into thick slices, slicing it in the middle without cutting it, stuffing it with some meat filling, dipping it in the batter, and then frying it. Derived from this is the fried lotus root box. Both are made in the same way and are both home-cooked delicacies.

  2. First mix the fillings: add salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, green onion and ginger, and fresh oysters to the meat filling. Just stir it evenly.

  3. Add appropriate amount of water to the flour and mix into a sticky batter.
