Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix the cold rice into the bibimbap seasoning and stir evenly;
-
Add a small spoonful of cornstarch to the barbecue sauce and mix well; (add cornstarch to increase the stickiness of the sauce and prevent the meat slices from falling apart after being rolled up; I used two flavors of barbecue sauce to meet the needs of people with different tastes)
-
Take two pieces of mutton, overlap half of one piece with half of the other piece, and try to overlap where there are holes to fill the holes;
-
Brush with a layer of barbecue sauce;
-
Spread a thin layer of rice (the rice is too sticky, dip your hands in some water before continuing), be sure to leave space at one end for sealing
-
Use a knife to pick up the other end, press down,
-
Then roll it up;
-
Brush another layer of barbecue sauce on the surface,
-
Sprinkle with sesame seeds,
-
Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the lamb is fully cooked.
-
The meat slices are wrapped around the rice and adhered with the thick barbecue sauce, so they won't fall apart when you eat it!
