Prepare flour, put yeast, salt, and fine sugar into flour respectively. Note: Sugar and salt cannot come into direct contact with yeast.

Knead the noodles with warm water and stir constantly with chopsticks

Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth, and place in the oven to ferment for about 30 minutes

Ferment until 1.5 times in size

Take out the dough, sprinkle it with a little dry flour, deflate it and knead it into its original size. Divide into three parts

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a slightly thin rectangle

Stir the sesame paste and salt evenly and spread it on the dough

Cut ham into small cubes

Sprinkle on the dough

Fold the left end inwards

Continue folding and press out excess air with your hands. Press the upper and lower ends to prevent the filling from being exposed

Heat a pan over low heat and pour a little oil.

Add the patties and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides
