[Thick-crust pizza without kneading] Cherry tomato and ham pizza
Overview
I received a bottle of organic flaxseed oil over the weekend, and I was very happy~~I was about to make pizza, so I made it with organic flaxseed oil~~O(∩_∩)Ohaha~~~ It is said that organic flaxseed oil is the most brain-tonifying natural food on land~~~Someone has been working very hard at work, taking exams, and taking exams recently, and has overworked his brain~~Organic flaxseed oil came at the right time~~just to supplement him~~ It is often said that slow work makes the most of the work~~~ Applying this sentence to food, it means careful work to make delicious food~~~ But I really haven’t made this pizza~~~ Not only that, but it is also the laziest pizza I have ever made~~ But the deliciousness is not compromised at all~~~ No-kneading pizza~~The idea came from watching my parents make steamed buns~~~I watched them mix the flour, yeast and water evenly, and then ferment for the first time without drying the flour~~~~After the fermentation is completed, exhaust and knead evenly, cut into raw embryos, and steamed in the pot~~~The time is much shorter than the ordinary method, and it is also much more convenient~~But the steamed buns are beautiful and delicious~~ After seeing this result, I searched for the following ways to make dough without kneading~~~Sure enough, there is this method, and it is very similar to what my parents make~~ Friends who like to eat pizza can try this method~~~O(∩_∩)OHaha~~~Really no-kneading pizza~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the black rice, red japonica rice and whole grains, put them into the rice cooker and cook;
-
Drain the cooked multigrain rice and let it cool for later use;
-
Mix multigrain rice with appropriate amount of water, squeeze the juice, and sift once;
-
Prepare flour, yeast powder, organic linseed oil, and multigrain juice;
-
Mix flour with yeast powder and whole grain juice, and stir until there is no dry powder; the whole grain juice I made is slightly thicker than milk, so I used 220g of whole grain juice;
-
Add an appropriate amount of organic linseed oil and continue to stir evenly;
-
Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment;
-
Watch the dough ferment until it doubles in size;
-
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry flour on the kneading mat, pull the dough out, spread it with your hands, then pull the edges together toward the center, turn over and let it sit for 15 minutes;
-
Slice the ham, brush an electric pan with an appropriate amount of organic linseed oil, and fry the ham slices until browned on both sides;
-
Cut the fried ham into four quarters, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and grate the mozzarella cheese;
-
Spread the dough out and put it into a pizza pan, making it thin in the middle and slightly thicker around the edges; brush a layer of pasta sauce on the dough, and sprinkle some chopped basil and black pepper;
-
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese, top with ham slices and cherry tomatoes;
-
Start the "Pizza" program in the oven. After the automatic preheating program ends, put the pizza pan into the middle rack of the oven and bake for 20 minutes. If this function is not available, adjust the upper heat to 210 degrees and the lower heat to 180 degrees.
-
Once the pizza is out of the oven, cut into slices and serve.
