Prepare the ingredients. Soak the wakame in warm water. The Naruto roll will be included in the Japanese food. I used crab sticks instead.

Cut the mushrooms with a flower knife and chop the green onions finely. There are no other vegetables at home, so I used baby cabbage here and cut it slightly.

Mix miso + minced ginger + minced garlic + chicken essence + monosodium glutamate + salad oil + mirin (you can use fermented rice juice instead).

Make the soup base: add 400ml water to the pot, add a spoonful of prepared miso paste, stir and bring to a boil, turn off the heat.

Boil the beef slices, crab sticks, shiitake mushrooms, wakame and baby cabbage, take them out and set aside.

After adding water to the pot and boiling, add noodles and cook.

Take out the cooked noodles and put them into a bowl, pour in the miso soup base, peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.

Put all the garnishes into a bowl and add the green onions at the end.
