Snacks, Spicy Taro Crisps
Overview
I often see imported food snacks such as taro in supermarkets, which are very expensive. So I made it myself, so it would be better to bring snacks with me when traveling on May Day.

Ingredients
Steps
-
The taro I bought, 1 piece, about 500 grams; (It doesn’t matter the size. If you want to eat more, just buy bigger ones and buy more)
-
Peel and wash the taro (remember to wear gloves to prevent skin allergies)
-
Cut taro strips into even chopstick-sized pieces and sprinkle evenly with salt
-
Prepare sticky rice flour, glutinous rice flour, and fried powder; the ratio is 3:2:1 (PS: Determine the amount of each flour based on the amount of taro. According to this ratio, it will be very crispy)
-
Add 60 grams of sticky rice flour, 40 grams of glutinous rice, and 20 grams of fried powder, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir evenly, then add an appropriate amount of water, and stir into rice milk;
-
Stir the cut taro strips and chili powder evenly: (If you don’t eat chili, you can omit the chili powder)
-
Heat the pan and pour oil;
-
After the oil is hot, add the stir-fried taro strips;
-
Taro strips, floated, slightly yellow, turn over, all slightly yellow, remove;
-
Take out the taro strips and wrap them up after cooling. They will be very crispy. Good green snacks.
