Add powdered sugar and white vinegar to the egg whites!

Whip until creamy!

Place in a piping bag!

Use a round piping tip to extrude mushroom heads and necks! Then preheat the oven to 100° in the middle for about 100 minutes. Be sure not to set the fire too high, otherwise it will be mushy!

Melt black and white chocolate over water!

Brush the baked meringue mushroom head with a layer of dark chocolate liquid first!

Brush another layer of white chocolate liquid!

Then use a toothpick to draw a pattern, use your fingertips to dig out dots in the middle, stick the mushroom neck on it, then sprinkle some powdered sugar, and it's all ready!
