Asparagus and Mushroom Cream Soup
Overview
Asparagus has high nutritional value, and I made a thick soup with it today! It’s just that some of the old asparagus were not peeled, and the final asparagus puree was a bit scummy, so I had to filter it! It feels like a bit of a waste!

Put the asparagus into the pot and bring to a boil and take it out

Cut into small pieces, add some water and puree in a food processor

My asparagus was a bit old and I hadn’t peeled it, so I found some residue and was afraid it wouldn’t taste good, so I filtered the asparagus juice

Put the potatoes in the microwave and mash them into mashed potatoes

Dice onions and cut mushrooms into slices

Add butter to a pan and sauté minced onions

Add mushroom slices and stir-fry

Add asparagus juice

Add mashed potatoes, stir well and cook until thickened

Add appropriate amount of light cream, mix well and bring to boil

Finally add some salt, black pepper and chicken powder to taste and mix well
