Spicy Pork Rinds
Overview
Every time I buy pork, I throw away the pork rinds. Later I feel it’s a pity, so I take it home and play around with it, and I find it’s very delicious. Just take it out and share it with everyone to try.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pig skin and cook it in a pot. I personally prefer the texture when it is cooked for about 20 minutes.
-
Chop some green onions.
-
When the pork skin is cooked, cut it into small strips and put it in a bowl with the chopped green onion to let the fragrance of the green onion penetrate.
-
Pour some chili powder into a bowl to prepare chili oil.
-
Heat a little oil in the pot and put a chopped green onion in to test the oil temperature. As shown in the picture, when the oil is fully bubbling and the chopped green onions begin to turn golden brown, turn off the heat.
-
Wait about 10 seconds before pouring the oil on the chili powder. Do not turn off the heat and pour it immediately, as it will easily burn.
-
Take 1 spoonful of chili oil, half a spoonful of brewed soy sauce, half a spoonful of salt, and a small amount of MSG. Mix with the pork rinds and chopped green onions prepared previously. Simple, delicious and collagen-rich spicy pork rinds is ready.
