Sauerkraut Rabbit
Overview
This dish was inspired by half a bag of pickled fish seasoning left at home. Today is the third time I have made this dish. The tender and smooth rabbit meat has been praised every time. Come and make it with me!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the rabbit meat and cut it into small pieces, add salt, cooking wine, ginger slices, white pepper, light soy sauce, green onion segments, sweet potato starch, and egg white to taste (add egg white to make the meat more tender and smooth, the same goes for fish).
-
Preparation of auxiliary materials: Home-made pickled radish and sauerkraut (I only used half a bag of bought sauerkraut bags, so I added some home-made pickled sauerkraut. You can also directly use the sauerkraut in the seasoning bag).
-
Pickled ginger, goose leg, pickled pepper, lemon, seasonings.
-
Process the auxiliary ingredients (some are as shown in the picture, just choose the side dishes you like, I just mix with what I have at home).
-
Add lard or cooking oil to the pot and heat it up.
-
Pour in sauerkraut, pickled radish, pickled ginger, etc. and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Pour into the good family seasoning packet.
-
Add water and lemon slices, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
-
Add corn cubes and cook.
-
Add potato slices (determine cooking time according to thickness).
-
Take a pot and put bean sprouts on it. When the corn is ripe, you can fish it out first.
-
Add rabbit meat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
-
Remove from pot and plate. Depending on your personal taste, sprinkle some coriander or chopped green onion for a better flavor. Have you learned it?
