Peach Gum, Lotus Seed and Tremella Soup
Overview
Peach gum is a resin secreted from the bark of peach or mountain peach trees of the Rosaceae family. It is distributed in many places in my country. It contains carbohydrates, fat, protein and collagen, which can promote gastrointestinal motility and achieve the effect of laxative. Regular consumption can also make the skin elastic, rosy and shiny.
