【Sweet bean bread】
Overview
First of all, I am very grateful to Gourmet World and Dongling Electric for giving me this opportunity to try it out. I really didn’t expect to be selected as one of the trial users of this Dongling bread machine DL-T12~ This time I focused on experiencing the fruit spreading function of the machine, which is indeed very convenient. Although there are some problems during use, you need to run in with the machine several times to find a method that suits you. Ingredients: 300g high-gluten flour, 4g yeast, 36g sugar, 4g salt, 12g milk powder, 22g egg liquid, 164g water, 24g butter, 80g honey red beans

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter and honeyed red beans into the bread bucket, with liquid ingredients at the bottom and powdered ingredients at the top. Sugar, salt and milk powder are placed in the corners. Make a hole in the center and fill in the yeast; put the bread bucket into the bread machine and secure it
-
Select the standard bread program, set it to brown, weigh 750g, need to sprinkle fruit ingredients, no timing is required; start the program after confirming everything, the total time is 2:30
-
After 10 minutes add the butter cut into small pieces
-
After adding butter, pour the honey red beans into the fruit box and push it into the machine cover
-
At 2:15, the machine triggers the fruit spreading device, all the honey red beans are sprinkled into the bread bucket, and the machine continues the mixing process
-
At 2:10, stop stirring and start the first fermentation
-
At 1:45, the first fermentation is completed
-
Start stirring again. After stirring for a few times, press the start/stop button to temporarily stop the machine
-
Take out the bread bucket and put it aside, press the start/stop button again to allow the machine to continue the program; at 1:40, the machine stops mixing, put the bread bucket into the machine and secure it, turn out the mixing leaves and remove them
-
Arrange the dough a little and try to make the honey red beans wrapped in the dough
-
Close the lid and start secondary fermentation
-
Until the end of the final process, take out the bread and place it on a drying net to cool before bagging it for storage
