Cold Enoki Mushrooms
Overview
In the hot summer, cold dishes are a regular feature on every dining table. Today I mixed the cold mushroom with horseradish. I had it once in a restaurant and I thought it tasted good, fresh and refreshing, with a unique taste~~

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms with scissors and wash them

Blanch it in water.

Take out the blanched enoki mushrooms and blanch the shredded carrots as well

Put it in cold water to cool down

Remove all the water and drain

Grate the cucumber into shreds and add it to the basin

Add appropriate amount of horseradish. This depends on personal taste, don’t put too much

Extra flavored soy sauce

Add some oyster sauce

Sesame oil is the most important condiment for cold dishes~~

Finally, add some salt and sugar, and it’s ready to serve~~

First pour the vegetables into a small bowl and compact it, then place it on a plate. This way the finished product will look better
