Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Pork belly diced

Heat the pan, add oil, add cinnamon, aniseed, and pepper until fragrant

Add the diced pork and stir-fry until golden brown, add onions and ginger, stir-fry for a few times, add soy sauce, stir-fry, and add boiling water

After the water boils, add the dry sauce in batches and mix well

Simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes

After 20 minutes, add the remaining onions and garlic, simmer for a while and drain

Heat the pan, add sesame oil, fry the shrimp skin until golden brown, add it to the sauce and stir well

Once the noodles are cooked and the sauce is mixed, it’s ready to eat
