This dish is a well-known snack in our household. It is simple to make but tastes spicy and delicious! It's two different flavors than completely cold!

Prepare a piece of rice jelly, this is a unique type of jelly in Sichuan

Cut the jelly into finger-width cubes and set aside

Prepare chives, ginger and garlic, minced

Put it in a bowl and add a spoonful of salt

tablespoons of light soy sauce and 1 and a half tablespoons of vinegar

One tablespoon each of sesame oil and Sichuan peppercorn oil

Add a spoonful of homemade chili oil, stir and set aside

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, add rice jelly and cook for 5 minutes
