Mix all the ingredients in the main ingredients except butter and knead evenly into a slightly smooth dough. Add butter and continue kneading until it expands into a thin film.

Divide the fermented dough into 8 equal parts, deflate and roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap, let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes and then start shaping

Roll the dough into a rectangular or oval shape, place the ham sausage on the dough,

Roll up from one side, pinch the edge and face downward

Use a sharp knife to cut evenly on the roll. Be careful not to cut off the bottom. If you want more flower shapes, cut closer between the knives. If you want less flower shapes, cut farther between the knives.

After cutting, start shaping with the cut surface, one piece on the left and one on the right, pull the dough pieces apart and stack them together
