Pearl milk tea
Overview
When I go shopping in winter, I like to buy a cup of pearl milk tea and hold it in my hand, and drink it while walking. The fragrant milk tea lingers on my taste buds. Recently, I had a sudden idea and tried it myself. It actually worked. I must share the method with everyone.

-
Have all materials ready.
-
Pour the tapioca starch into a large glass bowl and pour the brown sugar water into the tapioca starch. (Pour a little sugar water and mix it with your hands. Don’t pour all the sugar water at once. Pour it little by little. If it’s dry, add sugar water. If it’s wet, add tapioca starch. Adjust accordingly.)
-
Repeat until you can knead the dough with your hands.
-
Pour a small amount of tapioca starch into a glass bowl, pinch a little at a time and knead into a ball, then put it into the glass bowl filled with tapioca starch and cover it with starch.
-
Boil a pot of water, pour the pearls into the pot and cook for 20 minutes. After cooking, turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for another 20 minutes.
-
Prepare a bowl of cold water; after simmering, filter out the pearls and pour them into the cold water so that the pearls will bounce.
-
(Making milk tea) Boil 300ml of water until it boils; pour the black tea into a glass bowl, pour in 250ml of boiling water, and stir slowly with a manual egg beater for about 1 minute. Sift the black tea water into another container.

Pour 50ml boiling water into the coffee, then add sugar cubes, and stir with a manual egg beater until the sugar cubes are completely dissolved.
-
Pour the coffee and 60g evaporated milk into the black tea water, and stir evenly with a manual egg beater.
-
Pour the milk tea into the measuring cup, and use the measuring cup to pour the milk tea into the milk tea cup about 7-8 minutes full.
-
Take out the pearls and pour them into the milk tea.
-
Use a milk tea frother to froth 20g of evaporated milk for about 3 minutes.
-
Pour the frothed milk directly on top of the milk tea.

Plug in the straw and drink.
