Braised Dried Fish with Green Garlic
Overview
Ingredients: 200G dried faucet fish, 150G minced ginger, 10G salad oil, 50G cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt. Method: 1. Use scissors to remove the tail of the dried faucet fish, cut into sections, then put in a basin, soak for 15 minutes, drain and set aside. 2. Remove old leaves and roots from green garlic, clean, cut into sections, and set aside. 3. Cut ginger into minced pieces, set aside. 4 Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and green garlic stems and stir-fry until fragrant. 5 Add dried faucet fish and stir-fry. 6 Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine. 7 Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while. 8 When the soup is almost gone, add the green garlic leaves and stir-fry. 9 After the green garlic leaves become soft, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste. 10 Pour out into a bowl and serve
