Cut the tofu into cubes, wash the carrots and green peppers.

Prepare onion, ginger, garlic and pepper oil.

Slice carrots and green peppers.

Add onion, ginger, garlic, and peppercorn oil to the pot and fry the carrots for 2 minutes and then remove.

Put oil in the pan and fry the tofu.

Pour in the egg mixture.

Fry until tofu is coated with egg wash.

Add green and red peppers and stir-fry until spicy, add carrots and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in light soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar and stir well.

Serve out.
