Knead the dough first, roll the dough into a thin crust with a rolling pin, and cut it into thin strips with a knife.

Cook the noodles in boiling water.

Cut the chicken into cubes, cut the radish into cubes, and add green peppers.

After the pot is hot, add rapeseed oil, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry, add chicken pieces and stir-fry, add cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and stir-fry for 10 minutes.
