Overview
When my family went fishing, they caught a wild pond carp, a rare game. My parents were reluctant to eat it, so they left it to my family as a treasure. Used for steaming, it’s delicious!

One pond carp.

After killing, cut into small pieces, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, garlic, shredded ginger and rice wine and marinate for 5 minutes.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot. After the water boils, put the Tangyu into the pot and steam it for about 15 minutes.

Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion.
