Eggs, warm milk.

Add sugar to eggs.

Beat evenly with chopsticks.

Pour in the milk and mix well.

Sieve and pour into 3 rice bowls. (I haven’t screened it.)

Put in a pot of boiling water, turn on high heat for 4.5 minutes, turn off heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from the pan.

Very smooth and tender.

Breakfast and late night snacks are both good.
