Pizza Rolls
Overview

Material diagram. Marinate the river prawns in advance, add soy sauce salt and cooking wine.

Put the flour in a large bowl, add boiling water and mix into dough. Let the dough cool slightly.

Wash the bean sprouts and cut the celery into sections.

Blanch the bean sprouts and celery and then cool them.

When the dough is cool enough to not be hot, knead it into a dough. Knead it until it is smooth.

Divide the dough into small portions.

Roll into pancakes.

Boil the water in the steamer, brush a little oil on the cage, put one pancake on it, close the lid, and roll out the second pancake. After rolling out the second pancake, open the pan and place it on top of the first pancake. You can brush a little oil on the pancake.

Just add pancakes on top while steaming, and steam for a few minutes after the last pancake is placed.

While the pancakes are steaming, you can prepare the vegetables. Pour off the excess water from the marinated river shrimps and mix with starch.

After everything is steamed, open the pot, take out the pancakes, and uncover them to let the air release.

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, fry the river shrimps until thoroughly fried.

Pour the bean sprouts and celery prepared previously with water, add seasonings to add flavor and make a mixed vegetable. When you are ready to eat, put vegetables and river shrimps on the pancake, roll it up and eat it.
