I prefer beef ribs to steak because the meat with bones is more tender and more delicious!

Defrost the denim bones and drain the surface moisture with kitchen towels.

Add light soy sauce, salt, black pepper, corn starch, and cooking wine, mix well, and marinate for at least half an hour.

Put butter in frying pan.

Fry the beef ribs over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.

Take out the beef ribs, add garlic slices, rapeseed, carrots, and a little salt.

Arrange on plate, sprinkle beef ribs with black pepper, place vegetables on the side and enjoy.
