Complementary food for 12 months and above: Bear burger
Overview
Most children like cartoon food. Today's burger is actually not complicated. You can make it as long as you know how to make buns. Many people have a misunderstanding that they need to knead the glove film to make bread. In fact, this is not necessarily the case. I usually make small bread and knead it in a bread machine for 20 minutes. If there is more flour, it takes longer, as long as a thicker film can be pulled out. The glove film is for making toast, and the requirements for small bread are not that high. It is relatively simple. Toast has higher requirements. If you are a newbie in baking, you can start by making small bread. Today I added some rye flour. If you don’t have rye flour, you can add 40g low-gluten flour + 30g high-gluten flour instead. Adding low-gluten flour can make the bread taste softer. The amount of liquid should be adjusted according to the water absorption of the dough. Just don’t make it too soft or sticky. I added carrot powder here, if not, you can ignore it. You can also omit the meat floss. Adding it is more nutritious. Many children don’t like to eat meat. It’s no problem to put the meat floss into bread. Children who like to eat bread will definitely love it

Ingredients
Steps
-
320g high-gluten flour 70g rye flour 70g sugar 20g egg liquid 40g salt 2.5g yeast 4g water 220g meat floss 30g carrot powder 4g Knead with bread machine for ten minutes, add softened butter and continue kneading for 10-20 minutes. Use refrigerated liquid in summer
-
Take out the dough and divide it into two parts, one part is 50g, and weigh a large dough
-
Divide the large dough into 12 equal parts, about 50g/piece
-
Roll the dough into a round shape and place it in the mold. Cover it with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out
-
Divide the portion of dough that was divided in advance into 24 portions of 5g each to make the bear’s ears
-
Apply a little water to the joint. It is best to put the ears on top of the mold and hold them there, otherwise the ears will be squeezed and deformed during fermentation. Look carefully, the dough is not placed in the middle, but a little to the side, so that the ears can be rested on the edge of the mold
-
Put a pot of hot water in the oven for fermentation. If you have a fermentation function and turn on the fermentation mode,
-
Ferment until doubled in size. Take the bread out and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. When taking it out, be sure to protect the surface to prevent it from drying out
-
After preheating, put the bread into the oven
-
Bake for about 10 minutes. When the surface is browned, cover it with tin foil and continue baking for 10 minutes. That is, bake at 180 degrees for a total of 20 minutes before it is done. Check the time and temperature of the oven yourself
-
Chicken breast sliced into thin slices and fried until ready to use
-
Various vegetable slices, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, etc.
-
Punch the cheese slices and use a piping tip to press out round slices
-
Use a pigment pen or chocolate or black sesame paste to draw the bear’s mouth and eyes,
-
Place lettuce, chicken, cucumber, cheese slices, etc. in the middle
