  1. Wash and dry the Patchouli leaves.

  4. Pour the Patchouli juice into the glutinous rice flour and knead into a smooth dough.

  5. Divide into 15 medium-sized dumplings, wrap in the prepared bean paste filling, and press slightly into a cake shape.

  6. If you can't finish it, cover it with plastic wrap, store it in the refrigerator, and fry it as you go.

  7. Heat a small amount of salad oil in a non-stick pan, add the Patchouli pancake, and fry over low heat until one side is slightly brown, then continue frying over low heat until both sides are golden brown, and the dough becomes soft and cooked.
