Soak the fern root powder in water for 2 hours in advance until soft, then soak in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, rinse with cold water, remove and drain.

Flatten and chop the garlic; cut the green onions diagonally into slices.

Wash the cucumber and cut into shreds.

Pour fern root powder, cucumber, green onion slices and minced garlic into a basin, add soy sauce, white vinegar, white sugar, sesame oil, sesame oil and chili oil.

Mix all ingredients together and serve.
