Soak the soybeans in water overnight for about 10 hours. Add water in batches and use a food processor to blend into thicker soy milk

Pour into a strainer and filter

Pour the filtered soy milk into a pot, bring to a boil over low heat, and skim off the foam

Cool to about 90 degrees and pour into a basin with lactone

Cover the pot and let it sit for half an hour

The tofu pudding is taking shape

Served with coriander minced meat, drizzled with a little sesame oil and very fresh, very delicious.
