I have liked this cake for a long time, but I never had the chance to make it. I should not have let this beautiful mold sleep peacefully in the cupboard for a long time.

Material preparation.

Butter the mold and set aside.

Cut the butter into cubes and put the milk and butter in a container over water and melt the butter.

Sift the cocoa powder into the milk solution and stir until there are no particles and are shiny and set aside.

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, and the container where the egg whites are placed must be water-free and oil-free.

Add a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice to the egg whites and beat with an electric whisk.

When it forms an eye-like shape, add sugar in three batches and beat until stiff peaks form.

Add the egg yolks to the meringue and continue beating with an electric whisk until the egg yolks and egg whites are completely mixed.

Sift in the flour.

Pour into the mold and shake a few times.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. After baking, let cool and unmold.
