Stir-fried bracken with bacon
Overview
When I saw the cooked bracken at Kantongue 2, I couldn’t help but buy some bracken to eat. Because I bought fresh bracken, I didn’t want to eat it cold. I washed it repeatedly and fried it. It was quite delicious when paired with the bacon I made.

Pour the bacon into the pot with cold water, bring it to a boil and cook for about 3 minutes. This will make it easier to cut and remove some of the fat

Slice the cooked bacon. Clean the bracken.

Clean the bracken.

Put a little oil in the pot, add bacon, onion, garlic and chili and stir-fry until the bacon changes color

Add some more garlic, light soy sauce and rice wine

Add a tablespoon of water and simmer for about 3 minutes

Add the bracken, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry

Finally add the bell peppers and cucumber slices

Stir fry evenly.
