Pan-fried tofu with mango salsa
Overview
A dish I learned by chance is very exotic and rich in taste, worth trying ~ Salsa is a Mexican seasoning sauce that has different flavors depending on the ingredients. The one I made today is a sweet and spicy flavor with mango as the main ingredient. It is brightly colored and tastes sweet and spicy. It can also be used as an embellishment for Western food and is a good addition to the taste~

Steps
-
Wash the materials separately and set aside
-
Peel and dice the mango, dice the purple onion, remove the seeds and dice the green bell pepper, dice the tomatoes, chop the coriander, dry the firm tofu and cut into thick slices
-
To make salsa, mix all the above-mentioned granules into a bowl, add a little lime juice, honey, olive oil (if there is no olive oil, use sesame oil instead, it will be just as delicious), salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
-
Heat a pan, brush with oil, and fry the tofu over medium-low heat until both sides of the tofu are golden brown
-
You can place lettuce leaves, bitter chrysanthemum, or purple cabbage on the plate, then put the fried tofu on top, and drizzle salsa on the tofu.
