Peel off four leaves from the cabbage, clean them and put them on the chopping board. Cut off the cabbage sticks and cut them into small pieces, then cut the cabbage leaves into small pieces.

Cut the tofu into thumb-sized strips and place in a bowl.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Slice onion and garlic, shred ginger, and clean red pepper.

The cabbage sticks and cabbage leaves are served separately.

Soak the vermicelli in boiling water until soft.

Pour oil into the pan, when the oil is hot, add the tofu and fry until golden, then transfer it to a bowl.

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add the pork belly and stir-fry to release the oil. Add onion, ginger, garlic, and red pepper and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the cabbage first and stir-fry until soft.

Add cabbage leaves and stir-fry evenly.

Put the fried tofu and soaked vermicelli into the pot.

Pour into a large bowl of boiling water.

Pour in light soy sauce.
