Steps
-
Put flour, yeast and salt into a basin
-
Add water and stir with chopsticks until there is no dry powder. There is no need to knead it into a smooth dough. Cover the basin with plastic wrap and leave it for 20 minutes
-
Take out the dough, place it on the counter, knead it into a smooth dough, add butter softened at room temperature, and continue kneading for about 10 minutes
-
Although it is medium-gluten flour, if the dough is kneaded properly, it can still be stretched out into a malleable dough sheet. Although it is not as good as high-gluten flour in kneading out a glove film, the effect is quite satisfactory
-
Shape the dough into a round shape and put it into a basin for basic fermentation. Cover the basin with plastic wrap
-
While waiting for the dough to rise, you can prepare the pizza toppings. Dishes can be adjusted according to personal taste and preferences. Various vegetables can be sliced into strips as you like
-
Slice the king oyster mushrooms and put them into the frying pan. Stir out the excess water over low heat. You don’t need to add oil in this step
-
Stir-fried king oyster mushrooms will evaporate a lot of water and become soft. Let them cool before use
-
When the dough has doubled in size, dip your fingers in a little flour and poke a hole in the middle of the top of the dough. If it does not bounce back or collapse, it means the dough has fermented successfully
-
Take out the dough, place it on a mat, weigh it with an electronic scale, divide it into two equal parts, then let it rest for 5 minutes before proceeding with the following steps
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it out to the size of the bottom of an 8-inch pizza pan
-
Transfer the dough to the pizza pan and poke even holes with a fork
-
Spread homemade tomato sauce
-
Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese
-
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of vegetables one by one, and evenly spread the tuna meat on top
-
Put it into the preheated oven, heat up and down to 200 degrees, middle layer, for a total of 20 minutes
-
After 10 minutes, take out the pizza, quickly sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, then put it back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese on the surface is melted and slightly browned
-
Take out, demold, cut into pieces and eat
