  3. Dice the carrots, add some minced onion, ginger powder, salt, a little bit of sugar and mix well

  4. Add the marinated meat filling to the carrots and mix well. Mix well and then knead with your hands to combine

  5. Add yeast. Knead into dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour
