Steamed Tilapia with Soybean Sauce
Overview
The sauce has a strong aroma and the fish meat is smooth. Fry the fish until fragrant and then steam it to make it more fragrant. It’s very common to share the recipe with everyone.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Tilapia needs to be bought in large pieces to taste good. The ones I bought today are big enough and washed. Use kitchen paper to absorb the water damage and sprinkle some salt on the fish to prevent it from sticking when frying. (The store has helped to brake it)
-
Put more oil in a hot pan than when cooking. When the oil is 70% hot, put the fish in and fry
-
Fry until golden brown on both sides, as shown in the picture
-
Prepare some ginger and garlic, chop them and set aside
-
Scoop the fish out and put it on a plate. Spread the ginger, garlic, soybean paste, pepper and sugar on the surface of the fish. Place it in a steamer and steam it over high heat for 15 minutes
-
The time is up, wow, it smells so good, and the color is also attractive. You can sprinkle some chopped green onions (I happen to have no green onions at home)
