Cut the northern tofu into small pieces.

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch to the minced meat, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes colour.

Add tofu, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and some dried chili peppers.

Add water and cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt to taste, pour in water starch to thicken the gravy, and sprinkle in chopped green onion.
