Dried vegetable and pork bone soup
Overview
Every year, my mother-in-law in the countryside will dry the cabbage grown in the countryside. Home-grown vegetables are pollution-free, so she especially likes ingredients from the countryside. My favorite is to make pork bone soup with dried vegetables. This dish has the effect of moistening dryness and nourishing yin. It also has the functions of clearing away heat and moistening the lungs, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, and detoxifying and diluting water. It is suitable for consumption by most people, but should not be consumed by people with spleen deficiency.
