Ingredients required: fat tofu, minced meat, mushrooms, green onions, and red peppers.

Add a little cooking wine, a little thirteen spices, and a little oyster sauce to the minced meat, mix well and set aside (when adding the base flavor of minced meat, add one-third of the normal flavor, because you will need to add seasoning when stir-frying later).

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, not too minced.

Chop green onion into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes colour.

When the minced meat changes color completely, add the mushrooms and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the mushrooms until soft, add chopped green onion and stir-fry.

Turn to low heat and add a little bit of thirteen incense.

A little oyster sauce.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of seafood soy sauce.

Stir well and turn off the heat and set aside.

Brush the iron plate with a thin layer of oil (if you don’t have an iron plate, use a frying pan).

Remove the outer skin of the lactone tofu, pour out the water, and place it upside down on the chopping board.

Cut off a corner and the tofu will come out easily.

First make a cut lengthwise.

Then cut into thick slices crosswise.

Use a kitchen knife to hold it and place it on the iron plate.

Each piece of tofu is spread flat on the iron plate and heated over high heat.

Spread the fried minced meat on top of the tofu, turn to low heat and heat for 3-5 minutes.

Finally, turn off the heat and add chopped green onion and red pepper for color.
