Remove the shells of the prawns and cut the sides (do not break) and pick out the back line. Cut the onions and green peppers and set aside

Marinate the prawns with cooking wine, chicken powder, egg white and a little sugar for 5 minutes, then add cornstarch until slightly sticky

Heat the oil in the pan, reduce the heat to low, and fry the marinated shrimps for about 1-2 minutes

Fried shrimp and set aside

Add a spoonful of oil to another pot, then add onions, green peppers, and red peppers and stir-fry for a few times. Add two-thirds of the bottle of coconut milk, a spoonful of fish sauce, and one-third of the bottle of curry paste and stir-fry

Finally add the fried shrimps and stir-fry

Stir-fry for 2 minutes, remove from pan and serve
