Crispy pork belly fish with soy sauce
Overview
When my parents were around, the most common thing to eat was the crispy meat Anhui fish. It has few spines and a delicious meat. I bought some and cooked them every two days. I tried stewing, frying, and braised. Especially this sauce-roasted version, the reviews are quite good~
