Every time I see the crispy bone skewers outside, I feel greedy, but I always feel that the ones sold outside are dirty. Go to the supermarket and buy a pound, and try eating it in a different way. It’s fragrant and crispy, and goes very well with rice

There is still a part of the raw materials that I haven’t photographed. Soak the crispy chicken bones in salt for two hours in advance
