Black tofu stick, set aside.

Soak hair in warm water and rinse.

Cut into sections.

Wash the cucumber, peel it, slice it diagonally and set aside.

Shred the dried chilies and slice the garlic, set aside.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add dried chili pepper and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add cucumber and black tofu stick, add a little salt and five-spice powder to taste, stir-fry a few times.

Take out of the pan and serve immediately.
