Overview
Tuna, also known as tuna, is high in protein and low in fat. It contains the most DHA among fish and is known as the brain gold in the sea. 100 grams of tuna contains 20 grams of protein and only 1.4 grams of fat.

Mix the ingredients evenly. After the gluten is formed, add butter and vegetable oil and knead until it expands.

Let the dough rise for about 1 hour until it doubles in size. Drain and stir the tuna into pieces, grate and chop the carrots, sauté the carrots with oil until fragrant, add the tuna and stir-fry.

Roll out the dough into a round shape, turn it over and wrap it with filling, then wrap it into a ball shape.

Place on a baking sheet and ferment for about 30 minutes. When done, score the surface twice with a knife, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Place in the oven at 180°C and bake for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
