I bought pig ear beans in the supermarket and kept them in the refrigerator without making time to eat them. I fried them tonight. Although they were not as green as the fresh pig ear beans in summer, they still tasted good.

  1. Remove the tendons from pig ears and beans, wash them, and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes

  7. Add green onion, light soy sauce, and pepper powder and continue stir-frying

  8. Add the beans and stir-fry, add salt

  9. Add a small amount of water and simmer for a while
