  1. Cut the cabbage into shreds and wash.

  2. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water. When it becomes soft, pour out the hot water and set aside.

  3. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add minced chili peppers. When fragrant, add chopped green onions.

  6. Then add appropriate amount of soy sauce, vinegar and seasoning and stir-fry evenly.
