Garlic prawns
Overview
Open-back shrimp with garlic paste, a simple and delicious oven dish. Some mango is added to it, and the sweetness of mango is added to the salty aroma. Does it have the flavor of Southeast Asian cuisine?

Materials are ready. Chop one head of garlic into minced garlic. Chop the red pepper into cubes. Finely chop green onions.

After washing the white shrimps, cut off the shrimp gun and shrimp whiskers, pick out the sandbags, and remove the shrimp lines. Cut a knife across the back of the shrimp to a depth of about two-thirds of the shrimp meat. Be careful not to cut through. Pour in cooking wine and a little salt and marinate for 20 minutes.

Melt butter in pan.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry.

Add red peppercorns, salt and black pepper, stir well and then turn off the heat and set aside.

Place tin foil in a baking pan.

Stuff the fried garlic into the back of the shrimp. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and half of the chopped green onion.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes over high and low heat.
