Black pepper steak
Overview
Steak, also called steak, is a whole piece of beef that is fried or grilled. It is more common in Western food. Steaks are divided into fillet steaks, rib-eye steaks, sirloin steaks and T-bone steaks according to different parts of the beef. To put it simply, we can understand it this way: filet mignon is beef tenderloin; sirloin steak is beef tenderloin; ribeye steak is beef rib meat; and T-bone steak is a T-shaped bone, with sirloin and filet on both sides of the bone. Due to the different parts of the meat, the texture and taste of the meat will be different. The sirloin steak we used today comes from Dalian Snow Dragon Black Beef. The meat is tender and the texture and taste are very attractive. The classic black pepper sauce was used. Due to personal reasons, the steak was fried until it was fully cooked, and the combination was changed from the usual habit to mashed radish, which is what I need most now because I have a bad stomach. Peel and cut the radish into cubes and cook in a pot. After the radish is cooked, blanch the lettuce as well.

Massage the beef with your hands.

Rub both sides of the steak with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. I split a steak into two pieces.

Cooked radishes and greens. One less picture, heat the black pepper juice and set aside. Cut the green vegetables with a knife and grate the radish into puree. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.

Heat the oil in the pan and pour out the excess fat. When the temperature in the pan is relatively high, add the steak. The high temperature will harden the surface of the beef and lock in the delicious flavor from the surface.

Flip and fry the other side over high heat.

Then turn the heat down slightly and fry the steak to your satisfaction.

Place the fried steak on a plate, top with vegetables, tomatoes and grated radish.

Pour the black pepper sauce over it.
