Slices of cooked sausage and frozen vegetable cubes are available in supermarkets with several ingredients: green beans, corn kernels, shrimp kernels, and carrot kernels.

Overnight rice.

Chop green onions.

Beat the eggs.

Boil the water and simmer the vegetable cubes for a while.

Remove and drain.

Heat the pan, add oil, add eggs and stir-fry.

Pour oil into the pot and sauté the onions until fragrant.

Pour in the rice. If the rice forms a ball, dip your hands in some water and break it up.

Pour in chopped green onions, eggs, sausages, and vegetable cubes, stir-fry, add soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence, and serve.
