Fried Vermicelli with Egg
Overview
I got up in the morning and got ready to go out to buy groceries. As soon as I left the bedroom, Nami, who was sleeping soundly, loudly called her mother. Her father had already gone out. As soon as the baby woke up, her mother could not get out. There seems to be no other food at home except eggs, and I can’t go out anyway. If that doesn’t work, I’ll just scramble eggs or fry eggs. I still have the steamed buns from yesterday morning’s dish, so that’s all I need as a staple food. When I entered the kitchen, I found that the vermicelli I bought last time had not been opened yet. Yes, let’s fry the vermicelli with eggs. This is a lot of food. I haven’t made it at home yet, so this is it! Ordinary ingredients and ever-changing ways of eating are the wonders of Chinese food!

Put down the vermicelli and scatter it with chopsticks.

Pour light soy sauce over the vermicelli and mix evenly while pouring.

Pour in the chopped coriander, mix the vermicelli, eggs and coriander thoroughly. Keep the heat on medium to low throughout the process, and drizzle more cooking oil if necessary in the middle to avoid burning the bottom.
