Pork bone, seaweed and corn soup--Kuaishou soup
Overview
Now at home, I am thinking of ways to cook and drink, and drinking more soup will be beneficial. This soup is rich in nutrients, sweet and nourishing the lungs. This is the most important thing. It is not a very popular soup. The main thing is to bring out the flavor of the ingredients.

Steps
-
Soak mushrooms, cordyceps flowers and kelp in cold water overnight, wash and chop the corn into 3 sections.
-
Put the bones in the pot under cold water and turn up the heat.
-
After boiling, when the foam rises, turn off the heat and rinse the bones with hot water.
-
Put pork bones, kelp, cordyceps flowers, mushrooms, corn and figs in a stone pot, add 1/3 tablespoon of pepper, pour the water used to soak the mushrooms, but do not pour it to the bottom, as there will be mud and dust at the bottom, add enough water to about half the pot; turn on high heat.
-
After boiling, use a fine-mesh sieve to skim off the foam, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 40 to 60 minutes. Enjoy!
